Luxury for Living started as a guide to the things that make life at home better and grew into a broader review desk for premium leisure: the hospitality, lifestyle and entertainment choices people make when they have a bit of room in the budget and want to spend it well. Offshore casino gaming sits inside that remit. For a slice of our UK readers it is one entertainment line among several, and they were asking the same question they ask about everything else we cover — which option is actually worth it, and which is marketing.
Why we cover non-UK casinos
UK players are increasingly looking at casinos licensed outside the UK Gambling Commission for higher limits, larger bonuses and faster payouts. The market is real, it is growing, and most of the guides covering it read like advertising. We saw room for reviews written the way we cover everything else: hands-on, sceptical, and honest about the trade-offs — in this case, the loss of UKGC protection that comes with going offshore.
How we stay independent
We test sites ourselves, with our own money, and our rankings are not for sale. Operators cannot pay for a higher position. Read the full method on our how we review page.
Affiliate disclosure
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you sign up to a casino through one of them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never influences our rankings or what we write — the ranking is set before any commercial relationship and is based on our testing. We only feature sites we would be comfortable recommending to a friend.
Who we are not
Luxury for Living is a review and information site. We are not a gambling operator, we do not take bets or hold player funds, and nothing here is financial advice. Gambling carries risk; please play responsibly and within your means. You must be 18 or over to use any casino we link to.
